- I am a 57 year old retired man. I enjoy doing things with my hands. I currently work with wood. I also do pencil and graphite drawing. I have done some acrylic paintings as well. I find some of the Asian culture's ways to be very fascinating. I remember from grade school when I was in the Geometry class. We learn fascinating things about different countries. The one that sticks in my mind mostly is the Japanese people... very respectful and polite but can be rather funny too. I am seeking a good friend that loves to talk and loves long emails (or snail mail letters). I do appreciate open-mindedness in what you say to me. I have had pen pals in my younger years and are interested in hearing from someone that likes to write. I will write you as long as you write me.
