- I'm a divorced, retired 64-year-old female who currently lives in Mississippi. My ex-husband was in the United States Air Force, and we moved around a lot during our 24-year marriage. I've lived in several states, as well as in Germany and Turkey. The travel was very exciting and informative. I have 3 grown sons and 2 grandchildren. My ex-husband passed away a few years ago. I love to keep busy, volunteering with several jobs at my church. I also garden and read a lot.
My oldest son has done a lot of geneology research on both my family and my ex-husband's family as well. We both have some German ancestry, but some of my ancestors came from Ireland; therefore, I've always had a great deal of interest in Ireland and would even love to travel there someday, if possible. It would be great to have a friend or two there!!
