- Hello my name is Dave. I am 49 year old. Looking for friendship that can possibly turn into everlasting love. I've been locked up going on 24 years. I continue to work diligently to regain my freedom.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a certified Braille transcriber, by the Library of Congress in Literary textbook, mathematics and Unified English Braille (UEB). I also have experience in Sign Language. I have taken personal finance college courses. Microsoft office word and Microsoft Excel.
I'm also involve with a lot of self help programs. I'm also apart of mentor program. I assist younger impulsive prisoners to examine their behavior issues, and to become more rule abiding.
I'm also the Ways of Means Director for the National Lifers of America. I what we do is assist the underprivileged with academic development and Self-detemination that foster a broader understanding of education in the criminal justice system reform.
I'm also a Core member/Facilitator and mediator for chance for life here at this facility. In what we do is Tech communication skills, conflict resolution, and critical thinking.
During this ordeal I have made good use of my time. Hopefully whoever reads these words can look beyond my situation and see the man within.
In closing I believe that a man can only rise, conquer, and achieve by lifting up his thoughts. I also believe your visions is the promise of what you shall one day be; your ideal is the prophecy of what you shall at last unveil.
