- I am a 25 year old IT Specialist living in Atlanta, GA, USA. After a few years of working as an IT in the corporate world, I have realized that I am not on the career path that I would like to be on, and plan to return to school next year for a degree in something I would really like to pursue.
My work takes up much of my time, but when I am not at work, I enjoy drawing (anthropomorphized comics of cats and rabbits), writing (so many different kinds of writing), reading (mostly science fiction and fantasy), and researching the places that I would like to travel to.
I am a major travel enthusiast, and would like to travel to two different countries every year, if possible. I like to learn about the places in the world that are unusual and unique, and/or steeped deep in history. Eventually, I would like to make a trip out to Antarctica.
I enjoy delving into the unexplained mysteries of the world, as I find this all very fascinating.
I enjoy learning about other people, understanding the way they think and what makes them who they are, and how they got to the point at which they are right now.
I am a introvert, and spend most of my free time alone. Although I enjoy getting to know other people, actually being around other people has a tendency to exhaust me.
I tend to be more on the cynical side of the spectrum, although this is a constant battle for me, to try to see the good in the situation, and in other people.
I am looking for a like-minded individual in which to have a true lasting correspondence and friendship with.
Someone who is intellectual, and enjoys having substantial conversations of a reflective nature.
This person should know what they believe in and stay true to this, yet at the same time be respectful to all in what they believe, and able to recognize and appreciate differences where they are.
Someone with aspirations for the future, who understands or is trying to find what they want from life, and working towards this goal.
Someone who enjoys animals, no matter the kind. It wouldn't hurt if this person had a pet, or a hundred pets.
Someone who might tend to be more of an introvert than an extrovert.
Someone who appreciates art. Not necessarily paints or drawing, but to see beauty in unusual things that are often overlooked, or to see the art that is felt in music.
