I'm a kind, respectful and happy person...a gentleman. I've visited the Phils several times. I've been to the Metro Manila area, Albay, Bicol, Legazpi, Cebu City, Moalboal, Cagayan De Oro, Davao City and Zamboanga City. I've traveled through the country by motorbike, so I've seen more of the islands than the average American, and I'm familiar with the culture and customs.
