I hail from Northern Minnesota - divorced, 47 years old with 2 grown children and one beautiful granddaughter! My son is in the Army and will be deploying shortly. My daughter and granddaughter live in Wyoming, so I rarely get to spend time with them in person (thank goodness for Skype! I am a retired police officer, currently back in school (online) and work full time. I enjoy a plethora of things from old movies, all genres of reading (when I have time beyond my studies), learning how to crochet (isn't that what grandmas do? lol). I LOVE nature, feed my wild birds every day (cheap entertainment), genealogy, true crime (books, movies, tv series), psychology, victimology, and criminology - Hockey (Go Wild!) and Football (Go Packers!) - and I am a COFFEE ADDICT! lol I enjoy a thrifty - frugal life and love to find happiness in the smallest things. I do miss writing letters - and hope to make life-long friends from all over the world! Especially from countries of my ancestors - which include; Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Ireland and Poland (but anywhere is perfectly fine!!!). Nice to "meet" you!
