- I am 64 years old and have been widowed for over 6 years. I like to keep active and prefer the gentler exercise of swimming, gardening and walking. I like the fresh air and the beauty of the countryside and wildlife. I also love to travel, to see different cultures and try different foods. I like simple things such as going out for a meal or watching a good film. I have just retired and now have the opportunity to see and do more things.
I would be interested in hearing from anyone of a similar age to me who would like a travel partner for short holidays ...as I dont like to travel on my own
