- Hello everyone. I am American, planning an extended stay in Poland soon. I would like to make a serious study of sausage making and Central European herbal medicine, so I plan to live in Poland for at least two years. I would like to make friends in Poland and Ukraine before I visit. I am an herbalist, chef, writer and musician. I enjoy chatting about most anything.
