- Hi :) I'm a french teacher (secondary school). I teach french. My best friend has been in love with Japan for like forever, and I came to love Japan first, then Korea, and now all Asian countries. I have been learning Japanese and korean for a few years by mself, but I wish I had a teacher :) I am currently saving so that in a few years I can go in Asia to travel, and if I can develop a good relationship with someone (be it a friendship or more), I plan to stay there. I am single, with no kids, unlike my friends, which makes me feel a bit isolated lately, so I want to make new friends that I could meet when I come to Asia. I like long discussions about current events everywhere in the world. I like to learn more about the daily life of people of different cultures. I am not one to travel every time I have a little money, and say I have been there or there. I prefer to learn about places beforehand and save enough money to stay there quite a long time. For example I have lived, studied and worked in Germany for one year. I am not that talkative when it comes to "chat" about nothings, but I'm not shy. My friends would describe me as someone really kind-hearted, cultivated, a bit too serious but very understanding and open, someone you can always count on. They also call me Candide because I am very naive when it comes to judge someone. It's simply because I hate thinking bad or bad-mouthing people, whether I know them or not. Most of the time I am at work or alone in my apartment, surfing on the internet, but I like hiking and doing activities such as snorkelling or going potholing. If I had friends that liked to do that too, I would be doing that every week end :) I love visiting and exploring new places, be it big towns (like New York, my child dream) or temples and nature. I hate cooking, and I'm not someone that eats a lot, or loves eating good food. I eat whatever I find, because I think we're not living to eat, but we're eating to live. Also, I'm a believer (muslim) and a feminist. I prefer to be alone than being with male chauvinists. I have dated very few guys because of that. I can speak with anyone and be nice and open, but when it comes to something personal like dating or marrying someone, I am demanding. Well, I think that's it !
